1. About Qlekk Connect
Qlekk Connect is a private communication service for personal messaging, sharing and voice or video calls. These Terms govern your use of Qlekk Connect.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your active sessions. Qlekk provides session-management and password-recovery controls to help protect your account.
3. Temporary communication
Personal messages and supported attachments are designed to be temporary. Unread messages may remain available for up to 7 days. Once the recipient opens the conversation and the message is marked read, the current default expiry period is 5 minutes.
4. Calls
Qlekk Connect supports personal voice and video calls. The current service does not record call media and does not create call transcripts.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Qlekk Connect to violate applicable law, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, distribute malicious content, or abuse other users.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change, be improved, temporarily interrupted or discontinued. Temporary-message expiry and other technical limits may also change as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected in updated terms where appropriate.
7. Your content
You remain responsible for content you send or share. Qlekk does not claim ownership of your personal messages or attachments merely because they pass through the service.
8. Security limitations
Qlekk uses technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability. You should protect your device, password and active sessions.
9. Account deactivation and deletion
Qlekk Connect currently provides a self-service account deactivation flow that requires confirmation through the account email. Permanent self-service account deletion is not yet available. Qlekk will not represent permanent deletion as available until the required verification and deletion flow is completed.
10. Service limitations
Qlekk Connect should not be relied on as the sole method for urgent, emergency, medical, legal or safety-critical communication. Service availability, temporary-message expiry and technical limits may change as the service is improved.
